If you’re operating in Italy, the Agenzia delle Entrate (AdE) requires you to submit all fiscal documents (like receipts and invoices) for compliance and tax reporting.

The Fattutto integration in CaptainBook supports automatic submission to AdE, but it must be explicitly enabled and carefully tested.

🧾 What Is AdE?

AdE (Agenzia delle Entrate) is the Italian Revenue Agency — the national authority responsible for collecting taxes and managing fiscal data. All commercial documents (like receipts) may need to be submitted to AdE for legal compliance.

⚙️ How Automatic Sending to AdE Works

By default, CaptainBook does not send documents to AdE. To activate this feature:

  1. Go to the Fattutto app configuration panel in CaptainBook.

  2. Set the parameter Should Send to AdE to true.

Once enabled, receipts and invoices generated by CaptainBook will be automatically flagged for submission to AdE via Fattutto.

⚠️ We will only attempt to send to AdE if the necessary AdE credentials are already configured inside your Fattutto account. If they are missing, the document will not be submitted.

✅ Before Going Live: Test First!

To avoid issues:

  1. Test your first send with a low-value commercial document.

  2. Check the result inside Fattutto/AdE.

  3. In case of errors, contact the Fattutto support team immediately.

⚠️ Do not attempt to resend or retry multiple times without first resolving the issue. Repeated failed attempts may result in your domain ID being temporarily or permanently banned by AdE.
