Learn how to create public and private FAQs for each product to inform customers and train your AI Assistant.

The FAQ feature allows you to create a list of questions and answers for each of your products. This helps improve your customer experience by providing instant answers to common inquiries β€” and supports your AI Assistant in giving accurate, helpful responses.

🧠 What can I do with FAQs?

  • Display helpful information publicly: Mark any FAQ as public to display it directly on your product page, right inside the booking widget.

  • Train your AI Assistant: Mark any FAQ as private to keep it hidden from customers, while still making it available to your AI Assistant for smarter, more accurate answers.

✏️ How to manage FAQs

  1. Go to the Product Edit Page for the product you'd like to update.

  2. Scroll down to the "Frequently Asked Questions" section.

  3. Click on "Add FAQ" to create a new question and answer.

  4. Choose whether it should be public or private.

  5. To edit an existing FAQ, click the pencil icon.

  6. To delete an FAQ, click the red trash bin icon.

You can add as many FAQs as you like per product, but you should stay efficient as you don't want your product page to get too busy and distract your customers.
