To get started, log into your CaptainBook dashboard. Once logged in, navigate to the Gift Cards tab located in the menu bar at the bottom left of your screen. This is where you can manage all your gift certificates.
Managing Gift Certificates
In the Gift Cards tab, you have several options to manage your gift certificates:
View All Gift Certificates: This tab displays all your existing gift certificates, allowing you to easily keep track of them.
Add a New Gift Certificate: To create a new gift certificate, click on the option to add a new one. Fill in the required details such as the certificate amount, validity period, and any other specifications, then save it to add it to your list.
Edit or Delete Certificates: If you need to modify the details of a gift certificate, click the edit button next to it. To remove a gift certificate, use the delete option.
Track Usage: Easily see which bookings have utilized specific gift certificates, helping you keep track of their usage and manage your records efficiently.
Additional Actions
By clicking on the Actions button located at the top right corner of the Gift Cards tab, you can access additional options:
Add a New Certificate Category: Organize your gift certificates by adding a new category. This helps keep your certificates sorted and easily accessible.
View All Categories: You can view a list of all existing categories to manage and organize your gift certificates better.
Import and Export Data: Import gift certificate data from other platforms or export your current data for use elsewhere. This feature simplifies data management and helps maintain consistency across different systems.
