To get started, log into your CaptainBook dashboard. Once logged in, navigate to the App Store tab in the menu bar on the left side of your screen. This is where you can discover various apps and integrations designed to help you engage more customers and simplify your work processes.

Exploring Available Apps

Let’s take a closer look at some of the available apps:

  • Zapier: Zapier allows you to connect CaptainBook with thousands of popular apps, enabling you to automate tasks and save time. With Zapier, you can create workflows without any coding knowledge, automating repetitive tasks to focus on what matters most.

  • Greek Port Authorities Passenger List Generator: This app simplifies the process of generating passenger lists for the Greek Port Authorities. With just a single click, you can generate the required list of passengers, making it easier to comply with regulations.

  • MCPY Manager: This app helps manage all the paperwork related to the management of your fleet. It includes features for handling the crew list, declaration of open sea sailing (for VAT purposes), and managing chartering contracts, streamlining your fleet management operations.

Installing an App

To start using an app, simply click on the app icon of your choice within the App Store tab. Then, select the Install button to add the app to your CaptainBook dashboard. Follow any additional prompts to complete the installation and start using the app’s features right away.
