To get started, log into your CaptainBook dashboard. Once logged in, locate your avatar (profile icon) at the top right corner of the screen. Click on your avatar and select Billing from the dropdown menu. This will take you to the billing management portal.
Managing Your Billing Information
In the Billing section, you can perform several actions to manage your account:
Manage Your Subscription Plan: Review your current subscription plan, upgrade or downgrade as needed to better suit your business needs.
Update Payment Method: Easily update your payment information, such as changing your credit card or adding a new payment method, to ensure continuous service without interruptions.
Download Recent Invoices: Access and download your recent invoices for your records or accounting purposes. This feature allows you to keep track of all your payments and manage your finances effectively.
