Steps to Integrate CaptainBook with Fotaflo
Step 1: Set Up Your Fotaflo Account
If you haven’t already, sign up for a Fotaflo account and configure your settings:
Log in to Fotaflo.
Navigate to Settings > Integrations.
Ensure your account is ready to accept external booking data from CaptainBook and copy the integration key.
Step 2: Connect CaptainBook to Fotaflo
Log in to your CaptainBook dashboard.
Go to AppStore, select the Fotaflo app and click "install".
Click on the "installed" button and enter your integration key obtained at the previous step.
Click update.
Now, Fotaflo will be updated for each new booking, cancellation, reschedule and guest number change. You can. now enhance your guest experience while streamlining your workflow.
