The Fattutto integration on CaptainBook allows you to automatically generate and send receipts to Fattutto based on your booking activity.
✅ Step 1: Install the App
Go to the CaptainBook App Store.
Search for Fattutto Integration.
Click Install.
Once the app is installed, it will appear in your list of active apps and you'll be able to configure it.
⚙️ Step 2: Configure the App Parameters
After installation, navigate to the App Parameters section to customize the behavior of the Fattutto app:
Should Send to AdE: insert
yesif you want to send automatically commercial documents. Otherwise leave empty.domainId: Enter your Fattutto domain ID (you can find this in your Fattutto account settings).
Should schedule commercial documents at experience date: Set to
trueto generate documents at the experience date, leave empty otherwise.X minutes before experience date?: Define how many minutes before the experience start time the receipt should be sent to Fattutto (for example:
30).Commercial Document ID: The ID of the commercial document type you want to issue (for example:

🧑💻 Step 3: Grant Access to CaptainBook
To complete the integration:
Log into your Fattutto account.
Go to Users.
Invite [email protected] to your account (no administrator rights needed).
