Once the Fattutto app is installed and configured, CaptainBook will automatically send receipts to Fattutto based on the type of booking and the timing.
🗓️ When Are Receipts Sent?
Online Bookings (via widget, marketplace, or manual without printable documents):
Receipt is sent automatically to Fattutto X minutes before the experience date, where “X” is the value you define in the app settings.
Manual Bookings with Printable Documents:
The receipt is sent at the moment the document is printed.
Bookings from OTAs (e.g., Viator, GetYourGuide):
Receipts are NOT sent to Fattutto for OTA bookings.
💶 Setting the VAT Rate
To ensure receipts are accurate, you’ll need to define the VAT rate for each product:
Go to the experience edit page.
Scroll down to the Pricing section.
In the Fattutto Integration: VAT Rate field, enter the correct percentage (e.g.,
24).
Make sure this value matches the rate used in your Fattutto account for consistency.
