This guide walks you through creating a new bookable experience from scratch using the Add an experience wizard, using a sailing tour as the example.

After setup, the experience appears in your Experiences list with photos, pricing, location, and a recurring availability schedule ready to receive bookings.

From the left sidebar, click Experiences to open the listing page, then click Add an experience to launch the wizard.

When prompted, choose It is a new experience to build the product from scratch.

In the What we'll do editor, write a short description of the activity (for example, "Enjoy a relaxing day sailing along the coast with stops for swimming and lunch."), then click Next.

Add at least 6 high-quality landscape photos that show your boat, routes, and what guests will experience. Photos are the first thing customers see, so use your own real images rather than stock.

Click Next once the uploads complete.

Select Date and Time because the tour has fixed departure and return times, then click Next.

Select Shared experience so multiple guests can book the same departure, then click Next.

Click Create a new pricing category to open the first fare card.

Click Next.

Start typing the departure address and pick the matching Google Place suggestion. If the place isn't found, tick enter address manually and fill in the street, city, and country, then click Next.

Under Days of the week, select every weekday (Mon–Sun) so the tour runs daily across the season.

Click Finish to save the experience and generate its availabilities. The new sailing tour now appears under Your experiences and is ready to receive bookings.
