Reschedule a booking for a given experience

This guide walks you through locating an existing booking from the dashboard calendar and opening its management panel so you can reschedule it.

After completing these steps, you can move the booking to a different date, availability, resource, schedule, or experience.

Step 1: Open the dashboard calendar

From the CaptainBook dashboard, scroll to the Calendar section to view all your bookings and availabilities.

Step : Choose the booking you want to edit

Locate the booking and click it to open the availability page.

Step 5: Open the booking details

Scroll to the Diary & notes section and click the booking reference (for example, 6cbd5e24) for the customer you want to reschedule.

Step 6: Open Manage booking

On the Booking Details page, click Manage booking in the top right to open the side panel with reschedule and other actions.

Step 7: Reschedule the booking

In the Booking details panel, select Edit booking to change the booking's date, availability, resource, schedule, or experience. Pick the new values using the date picker and dropdowns, then click Confirm to apply the change.
