How to Reschedule a Booking for a Given Experience

This guide will help you understand how to reschedule a booking for a given experience. We will cover the following aspects:

Rescheduling to Another Day for the Same Experience, Schedule, Resource, and Availability

  1. Log in to your dashboard.

  2. Find the booking you need to reschedule using the search bar at the top of the page or click on the 'Bookings' list icon on the left side of your screen.

  3. Click on the experience date of the booking you want to modify. This will open the availability page with the list of bookings for that availability.

  4. Click on the name of the customer. A modal window will appear on the right side of the screen.

  5. Click on 'Reschedule Booking'.

  6. Pick the new date from the date picker.

  7. Uncheck the notification boxes if you do not want to send notifications to the customer and your team.

  8. Click 'Confirm' to complete the rescheduling process.

Rescheduling to Another Availability

  1. Log in to your dashboard.

  2. Find the booking you need to reschedule using the search bar or the 'Bookings' list icon.

  3. Click on the experience date of the booking you want to modify to open the availability page.

  4. Click on the name of the customer. A modal window will appear.

  5. Click on 'Reschedule Booking'.

  6. Pick the new date from the date picker.

  7. Use the dropdown menu below the calendar to select the new time slot.

  8. Click 'Confirm' to move the booking to the new availability.

Rescheduling to Another Resource

  1. Log in to your dashboard.

  2. Find the booking you need to reschedule using the search bar or the 'Bookings' list icon.

  3. Click on the experience date of the booking you want to modify to open the availability page.

  4. Click on the name of the customer. A modal window will appear.

  5. Click on 'Reschedule Booking'.

  6. In the modal window, find the 'Resource' section.

  7. Click 'Change', choose the new resource you want to assign, and click the confirmation button.

  8. Optionally, notify the resources about the change by checking the appropriate boxes.

  9. Click 'Confirm' at the bottom of the modal window to complete the rescheduling process.

Rescheduling to Another Schedule

  1. Log in to your dashboard.

  2. Find the booking you need to reschedule using the search bar or the 'Bookings' list icon.

  3. Click on the experience date of the booking you want to modify to open the availability page.

  4. Click on the name of the customer. A modal window will appear.

  5. Click on 'Reschedule'.

  6. At the top of the window, find the experience section. The first line is the name of the experience, and the second is the schedule name.

  7. Click 'Change' for the schedule, select the new schedule you want to move the booking to, and click the confirmation icon.

  8. Click 'Confirm' at the bottom of the screen to complete the rescheduling process.

Rescheduling to Another Experience

  9. Click 'Confirm' at the bottom of the screen to complete the rescheduling process.
