Accessing the Calendar

To begin managing availabilities, follow these steps to access the calendar:

  1. Log in to CaptainBook: Use your credentials to access the dashboard.

  2. Navigate to the Calendar: Click on the Calendar tab to view your schedule and availability.

Closing Single Availability

To close availability for a single date:

  1. Select Experience and Date: Choose the experience from the dropdown menu at the top left of the calendar.

  2. Edit Availability: Click on the date you wish to modify, then click Edit in the modal window.

  3. Close Bookings: Scroll to the bottom and click 'Close Bookings' to confirm.

Closing Single Availability with Multiple Slots

If the date has multiple availability slots:

  1. Identify Availability: Click on the colored part of the date box to view all slots.

  2. Access Availability Edit: Click on Actions > Edit Availability.

  3. Modify and Close: Adjust settings and switch off the toggle to close bookings. Click Update to save changes.

Closing Availability for Multiple Dates

To close availability for multiple dates:

  1. Filter by Experience: Use the dropdown to select multiple experiences, if needed.

  2. Select Date Range: Click and drag across the calendar to select the desired dates.

  3. Edit and Close: Confirm the date range in the modal window, then click 'Close Bookings' to apply changes.

To manage availability for a specific schedule:

  1. Navigate to Experience Settings: Access the Experience list and click Edit for the desired experience.

  2. Modify Schedule: Scroll to the Schedule section and click on the calendar icon to view availability.

  3. Edit Availabilities: Make changes as required and follow the steps for closing single availabilities.
