To begin managing availabilities, follow these steps to access the calendar:
Log in to CaptainBook: Use your credentials to access the dashboard.

Select Experience and Date: Choose the experience from the dropdown menu at the top left of the calendar.
Edit Availability: Click on the date you wish to modify, then click Edit in the modal window.
Close Bookings: Scroll to the bottom and click 'Close Bookings' to confirm.
