Navigating the Experiences Tab

Learn how to navigate CaptainBook's Experiences Tab, manage and edit experiences, and organize them efficiently in your dashboard.

Getting Started

To begin, log into your CaptainBook dashboard. Once you’re logged in, navigate to the Experiences tab located in the menu bar on the left side of your screen. This is where you can find all your experiences, make edits, and add new ones.

Managing Experiences

In the top right corner of the Experiences tab, you’ll see the Actions button. This button provides access to inventory management options. Here, you can add a new experience, create a folder to organize your experiences, and create availabilities for any existing experience you choose.

Working with Existing Experiences

As you scroll down, you’ll see a list of all your existing experiences. On the right side of each experience’s name, there are three dots that open a dropdown menu. This menu gives you several options: you can duplicate the experience, move it into a folder, edit it, or delete it. Additionally, you can edit an experience by simply clicking directly on its name.
